Terms & Conditions – Enrollment and Payment Policy

Franklin Prep Academy
 
By registering for or participating in any program, training session, clinic, camp, or event offered by Franklin Prep Academy (“the Academy”), participants and their parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions.
 
1. Enrollment and Reservation of Spot
 
Registration for any Franklin Prep Academy program reserves a limited spot within the program. Due to the limited capacity of our programs and the operational planning required to provide instruction, staffing, and facility scheduling, enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required registration fee or deposit.
 
2. Non-Refundable Payments
 
All registration fees, deposits, and program payments are non-refundable once a participant’s spot has been reserved. This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, change of plans, illness, injury, or personal circumstances.
 
3. Credit for Future Programs
 
At the sole discretion of Franklin Prep Academy, deposits or payments may be applied as a credit toward a future program if written notice of withdrawal is provided prior to the start of the program. Any approved credit must be used within twelve (12) months of the original enrollment date and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the Academy.
 
4. Program Changes
 
Franklin Prep Academy reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, locations, or curriculum when necessary to maintain program quality or due to circumstances beyond the Academy’s control.
 
5. Program Cancellation
 
In the unlikely event that Franklin Prep Academy cancels a program, participants will be offered either: a full credit toward a future program, or a refund of the registration fee at the Academy’s discretion.
 
6. Code of Conduct
 
Participants are expected to demonstrate respectful and sportsmanlike behavior toward coaches, staff, and fellow players. Franklin Prep Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

 

7. Assumption of Risk

 

Participation in athletic training and sports activities carries inherent risks. By registering, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Franklin Prep Academy, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries sustained during participation except as required by law.

 

8. Agreement to Terms

 

By completing registration, submitting payment, or participating in any Franklin Prep Academy program, the participant and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
